So the downside of Fixing WiFi on an M1 Macbook pro is that it breaks Universal Control 😢 , as the awdl0 interface is the ad-hoc direct wifi interface used between Mac devices and it doesn’t route this traffic via a router (Hence it being proximity based and knowing if your iPad is near your Mac).
Hope they fix this soon then as it’s nasty having to choose between good wifi and features… 😕
